Shipping Time:
All orders placed using a credit card are processed, packed, and shipped out of our store within 5 business days.
Delivery time after that depends on your location and can take an additional 1 to 5 business days.
All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless other arrangements are made.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Our Shipping charges are based on package weight and your location and can be calculated on the checkout page before payment is processed. On certain occasions, heavy weight items or items that require oversized shipping cartons may result in additional shipping charges. If this were to happen, Elegant Gift Gallery will contact you for approval before shipping your order.
We do not ship internationally:
Personalized Items: All personalized items take up to 10 business days to process before they are shipped out .
If you need your order expedited please call us for pricing on rush deliveries. We can be reached between the hours of 11:00am to 8:00pm Eastern time at (888) 328-6770. If you need your favors or gifts immediately give us a call and we will work with you to get them out right away.
Out of Stock Items:
If an item is not in stock after you place your order, Elegant Gift Gallery will notify you as to when it will become available. If the item is not available when you desire, you will receive a full refund on your order.
Minimum Quantities:
Please ascertain on certain items there is a minimum required quantity. Please be sure to meet the minimum quantity as it is listed. If customer places an order for a quantity that is lower than the minimum quantity required for that item, Elegant Gift gallery will notify you and the order will be canceled.
